Michels Pipeline, Inc. in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects to profitability and timely completion.

You will manage teams and resources to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations while building strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in project management within pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction, plus a relevant Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.
