Job summary

Michels Pipeline, Inc. in Pittsburgh, PA seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple pipeline construction projects, ensuring safety, quality and profitability. You will manage teams and resources, and foster strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication.

This role requires over a decade in project management, a related bachelor’s degree, and strong leadership with travel to project sites as needed. Comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
  • Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.

What it takes?
  • 10+ years of project management experience, preferably in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction
