Michels Pipeline, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead multiple projects ensuring profitable and timely completion while managing teams and resources to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations.

You will build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships through proactive communication and collaboration, with frequent travel to project sites. This role requires 10+ years in project management within pipeline/energy/heavy civil construction and a related degree is

Qualifications

• 10+ years of project management experience in pipeline, energy, or heavy civil construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project scheduling software; experience with B2W is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, including hiring, training and developing employees.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with a focus on client satisfaction and project profitability.
• Willingness to travel to project sites frequently.
