Job summary

Conde Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support large-scale physical security and technology programs for critical infrastructure clients. You will plan, coordinate, and execute security system projects, serving as the primary liaison among Siemens engineering, field operations, OEM partners, and the client’s sales organization to ensure exceptional delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in technology, infrastructure or systems integration.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects in regulated environments.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency with PM tools and PMI/Hybrid methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute security and technology projects for critical infrastructure clients.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, field services, and quality.
• Manage scope, change control, risks, and milestone-based billing per contract.
• Conduct client meetings and provide status reporting to executives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Siemens governance.
