Job summary

JLL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead day-to-day construction projects in life sciences settings, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, schedule, and budget.

You will develop project execution plans, manage vendor RFPs, track progress, and ensure on-time delivery within budget while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction. On-site opportunities in Horsham, Malvern, or Wayne, PA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in construction projects within pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory environments.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets
• Understanding of technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects
• Able to adapt and prioritize meeting deadlines in a fast-paced team or an independent environment
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with architects, contractors, client representatives, and team members
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address areas of concern regarding potential risk surrounding project, project logistical issues, budget, and scope.
• Develop the project execution plan
• Identify and work with procurement to contract engineering and construction services from third parties
• Coordinate and track all Vendor Request For Proposals (RFPs)
• Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors.
• Prepare/update project status reports, process invoices, update tracking reports, and maintain files for due diligence and financials.
• Actively track each aspect of project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Coordinate the activities of sub-contractors and the relocation of technical functions.
