Job summary

JLL is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager to deliver high-quality projects on time and within budget in the Philadelphia metro area. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to define scope, plan schedules, and manage day-to-day PM activities across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of PM experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or laboratory settings, strong budgeting skills, and excellent communication with architects, contractors, and client

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management experience in pharma manufacturing or lab environments.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets for projects.
• Understand technical needs for relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
• Able to meet deadlines in fast-paced team or independent settings.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with architects, contractors, and clients.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives on multiple projects and assignments.
• Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects.
• Identify and address risk, budget, and scope concerns.
• Develop the project execution plan.
• Coordinate with procurement to contract engineering and construction services.
• Coordinate and track all RFPs; interact with contractors and subs.
• Prepare status reports, process invoices, and maintain due diligence files.
• Track project performance against schedules and critical path.
• Coordinate sub-contractor activities and relocation of functions.
• Demonstrate proactive delivery of client and project requirements.
