Qualifications

• 5 Years progressively responsible experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with significant organizational impact.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives involving workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, culture, and leadership development.
• Experience developing executive presentations, recommendations, business cases, and communications that support organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact projects across the project lifecycle, from planning through implementation and sustainment.
• Develop change management plans and communications to ensure adoption and readiness.
• Monitor progress, risks, issues, and outcomes, adjusting strategies to achieve objectives.
• Produce executive-ready presentations and reports to support decision-making and alignment.
