Job summary

SharpHealthCare in San Diego seeks a Project Manager II to lead complex, cross-functional projects within the People Strategy and Programs area. You will translate workforce priorities into actionable plans, manage stakeholder alignment, and deliver measurable outcomes with autonomy.

The role requires 5 years of progressive project leadership, executive communication skills, and change leadership to drive adoption across the organization. A PMP or similar certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ Years progressively responsible experience leading complex projects with cross-functional impact.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholder groups, priorities, and enterprise-wide implementation.
• Experience leading initiatives in workforce effectiveness, employee engagement, culture, leadership development, or related people-focused priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, high-impact projects within SharpHealthCare's People Strategy.
• Translate priorities into defined scope, timelines, resources, and success measures.
• Develop executive-level presentations, business cases, and communications to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and leaders to drive successful implementation.
