Job summary

The role requires translating workforce priorities into actionable plans and guiding cross-functional teams through planning, design, implementation, and sustainment.

You will partner with senior leaders to craft executive presentations, drive adoption, and manage change while delivering measurable outcomes aligned with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Five years+ of progressive experience leading complex, cross-functional projects with organizational impact.
• Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and enterprise-wide implementation.
• Experience developing executive presentations and business cases to support decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects through all phases from planning to sustainment.
