StructureCare, a national leader in parking structure engineering and restoration, is hiring a Senior Project Manager to support the ATL territory. You will lead all aspects of project management and sales support for a portfolio of parking structure restoration projects.

The role requires a BS degree and 5+ years of PM experience, plus proficiency with SAP, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam. Mentoring and cross-functional coordination are key elements of this role.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor of Science degree required, preferably in engineering, construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management.
• 2-5 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary communication point with the customer on project related issues.
• Administer the contractual requirements for all assigned projects.
• Provide regular forecasts of the anticipated financial performance of assigned projects.
• Manage cash flow on assigned projects through timely invoicing and prompt cash collection.
