The role requires managing multiple projects simultaneously, with strong communication to stakeholders and a focus on quality assurance and continuous improvement within the corrugated paper

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, packaging, or corrugated paper industry.
• Strong understanding of corrugated paper manufacturing processes and industry standards.
• Proficient in project management software (MS Project, Asana, or similar tools).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities; exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management: Define scope, goals, and deliverables; develop detailed plans, schedules, and budgets; allocate resources and manage teams; monitor progress.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as main point of contact; communicate expectations; deliver regular status reports.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget; implement best practices for quality and efficiency.
• Risk Management: Identify risks; develop mitigation strategies; monitor and take corrective actions.
• Vendor and Resource Management: Coordinate with third-party vendors; negotiate contracts; manage resources.
