Job summary

Turner & Townsend in New York City is seeking a Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-end commercial real estate renovations for a prominent financial services client. You will lead budget, schedule, procurement, quality and risk across multiple projects, with direct accountability to the client and project team.

This is a hybrid role; the selected candidate will report to the client's offices in NYC a minimum of three days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least five years of related experience are required.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects in varying stages.
• Experience with high-rise, high-end interior projects and demanding clients is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all facets of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for multiple high-end renovation projects.
• Read and apply complex contracts, leases, work letters, and charters to project delivery.
• Interface with clients to define requirements and prepare scope, cost estimates, budgets, and milestones.
• Coordinate resources, bid processes, and vendor selection; provide guidance to project teams.
• Implement change management and risk mitigation plans to protect scope, budget, and schedule.
• Maintain project governance and documentation accuracy; track progress and report variances.
