Responsibilities

• Serve as the onsite Owner's Representative overseeing scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Manage project development from conception through client turnover.
• Oversee contract management, change management, and governance processes.
• Coordinate project teams across disciplines and prepare updates for clients and stakeholders.
