Job summary

Audubon is seeking a Project Manager to lead and direct project efforts from initiation through completion. The role emphasizes coordinating resources, enforcing standards, and ensuring alignment with company strategy and goals.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree and 7+ years of on-the-job training education.
• Preferred: BS Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of industry related experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• 10 years of field experience in Oil & Gas or Hydrocarbon Processing industries.
• Organizes and develops highly functional project teams.
• Instills project ownership and accountability within the team.
• Follows standard policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Creates and executes project work plans and revises as needed.
• Identifies resources and assigns responsibilities.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
• Reviews deliverables before passing to client.
• Enforces project standards and Audubon methodology.
• Prepares for engagement reviews and QA procedures.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on the project.
• Ensures project documents are current and stored properly.
• Suggests process improvements and solutions.
• Leads or participates in internal teams and task forces.
