Job summary

Williams is hiring for an E&C Project Manager III or Senior in Tulsa, OK. You will lead medium to large-scale projects in the oil and gas sector, coordinating internal and external teams, developing schedules and cost forecasts, and guiding decisions with engineering principles.

Responsibilities include RFQ preparation, contractor evaluations, and ensuring profitability across the project lifecycle. Travel up to 20-30% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Construction Management required. Civil/Mechanical/Electrical focus preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in oil and gas engineering or project management; 10 years for Senior level.
• PM Certification (PMP) or PE licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead moderate-to-large-scale projects in oil and gas, coordinating internal and external partners.
• Set up core project teams and ensure on-time delivery.
• Develop reports, schedules, and cost forecasts for transparency and control.
• Evaluate economic impact and recommend solutions to improve profitability.
• Prepare RFQs and supplier evaluations with precision and compliance.
