Jacobs in New York, NY is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-phase building and rehabilitation projects from conception through completion. You will oversee budgets, schedules, safety, and coordination with designers and clients to deliver on time and within cost.

The role requires 8+ years in construction PM, 4+ years as Assistant PM on >$10M projects, OSHA 10/30 certification, and a track record of leadership on-site.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in construction project management across multiple phases of large-scale building/rehabilitation projects.
• 4+ years as Assistant Project Manager for large projects worth >$10M with strong knowledge of construction documents and controls.
• Experience leading on-site, coordinating scheduling, safety, quality, and design coordination.
• Familiarity with change orders and cost reviews; ability to manage contractor payments.

Responsibilities

• Lead project development from conception through completion per program objectives.
• Provide construction oversight and resolve complex project challenges.
• Develop and manage budgets, schedules, and project controls; generate reports and documentation.
• Ensure effective project management to reduce costs and add client value.
• Maintain communication with clients, designers, and stakeholders.
