Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join the Program Management/Construction Management team. The role focuses on Owner’s Representative services for renovation and new builds in CT and NH, with project scope from $500K to $50M.

You will support site leadership, manage budgets, RFI/submittals, schedules and coordination across design teams and contractors. Requirements include a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and at least 3 years’

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building construction projects.
• Proficiency in MS Office; scheduling software a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project budget, expenditures and forecast costs.
• Review RFIs and submittals; track and resubmits.
• Monitor safety plans and site activities for quality and compliance.
• Coordinate design reviews, manage project files, and enter data in PM systems.
• Prepare meeting minutes and monitor construction schedule; report progress.
