Qualifications

• Five (5) years of project management and strategic planning experience.
• Minimum two (2) years in infrastructure or commercial construction or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate housing development teams and partners to meet project goals.
• Manage tax credit and other funding applications and reporting.
• Oversee infrastructure design and construction coordination across departments.
• Develop and monitor master schedules for multiple projects.
• Communicate project priorities and resident-driven needs to stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on budgets and timelines.
• Engage community and business outreach related to transformation efforts.
