Qualifications

• Experience with calendar management and executive coordination.

Responsibilities

• Establish and optimize project management frameworks using tools like Jira, Linear, or Notion.
• Drive team accountability to meet deliverables and remove blockers.
• Lead daily and weekly sprint cycles, anticipate risks.
• Conduct daily check-ins and monitor Slack communication.
• Attend key technical meetings to capture action items and decisions.
• Track and report progress to leadership.
