Huzzle is seeking a strategic Senior Product Manager to shape the evolution of our core product. You will own the product vision, identify market opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to build impactful solutions.

You will define the roadmap, run market research and user interviews, track KPIs, and partner with engineering, design, and marketing to deliver features on time. This role rewards ownership, data-driven decisions, and scaling a product in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of experience in product management, preferably within a SaaS or high-growth technology environment.
• Proven track record of launching successful products or features from ideation through to commercialization.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets to drive product decisions.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
• High degree of technical literacy and an understanding of software development lifecycles.

Aufgaben

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap aligned with the overall business strategy.
• Conduct deep-dive market research and user interviews to understand customer pain points and opportunities.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product features.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of features.
• Write detailed product requirements and user stories, and manage the product backlog through prioritization.
• Act as the voice of the customer within the team, ensuring a user-centric approach to every build.
• Present product progress and vision to internal stakeholders and executive leadership.
