Job summary

Fehr Graham Engineering & Environmental is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead wastewater projects in Schaumburg, IL. You will serve as the primary client contact, coordinating firm and external resources to provide technical guidance and services while driving business development.

The role requires a bachelor’s or master’s in civil engineering, a PE license, and about 10 years of project management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in civil engineering or similar with experience.
• 10 years of experience in Project Management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).
• Navigate Illinois EPA regulations with ease.
• Proven business development and client relationship skills.
• Strong communication, teamwork and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key client contact and coordinate firm efforts to deliver results.
• Draw from internal and external resources to provide guidance and services.
• Resolve scheduling, staffing and quality issues to deliver on time and on budget.
• Develop business with clients and add markets.
• Build and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare client contracts and proposals.
• Lead junior staff through QA/QC efforts and guide CAD staff.
