Job summary

RangeWater Construction LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead multi‑family renovation and construction projects. The role involves directing design and procurement, coordinating with the Director, and ensuring project milestones, budgets, and quality meet owner expectations across all phases.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor's in construction management, engineering or architecture and at least five years of experience in construction/property management, with preference for two years in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or architecture.
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in construction management, property management.
Preference for a minimum of 2 years in a project management position.

Responsibilities

Manage execution of each project across design and renovation phases.
Interface with the Director daily to align on scope, budget and schedule.
Lead the design and construction team through contract, design and execution stages.
Prepare and review project documentation, submittals and change orders.
Ensure adherence to budget, timeline and owner input throughout the project.
