Anthem Development is looking for a Senior Project Manager to oversee various ground-up multifamily construction projects. In this role, you will work on wood-framed multifamily developments including garden, wrap, and podium style.

You must be driven, easy going, and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment. We are mission-driven but put an emphasis on having an enjoyable and fun work environment. As a Developer with in-house Construction, effective team management from the design through project completion is essential for speed and cost-effective delivery of product for our investors.

You will report directly to the CEO & President to help them build the infrastructure for a rapidly growing company.

**Job Description:**

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of multifamily construction projects. You will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and extensive experience in multifamily construction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Qualifications:**

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on multifamily construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale multifamily projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with a strong client-focused approach.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus.
