Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced, collaborative, and client-focused Certified Project Manager 1 to join our Project and Program Management team in Reno, NV. This full-time position will be responsible for managing the delivery of multidisciplinary projects that may involve external subcontractors and vendors.

The role reports to our Reno, Nevada office and offers flexibility through hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's of Science in Geology, Engineering, or closely related field.
10 years of relevant experience, including experience managing and leading teams.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies to achieve successful project outcomes.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with client contracts, subconsultant agreements, and project-specific requirements.
Build strong client relationships by delivering technical solutions, addressing client needs, and identifying new opportunities.
Promote Health & Safety, utilize Arcadis project management tools, and mentor junior staff to support team success and professional growth.
