Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an experienced Certified Project Manager 1 to join our Project and Program Management team in Reno, NV. This full-time role manages multidisciplinary projects, including external subcontractors, with focus on scope, schedule, budget, risk and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate brings strong project management experience, commercial acumen and leadership, plus experience guiding teams while prioritizing safety and quality. Hybrid work arrangements are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Geology, Engineering, or closely related field.
• 10 years of relevant experience, including experience managing and leading teams.
• Arcadis project management certification or active progression toward certification.
• Proficiency with Arcadis project management systems and MS 365 applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies to achieve successful project outcomes.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with client contracts, subconsultant agreements, and project-specific requirements.
• Build strong client relationships by delivering technical solutions, addressing client needs, and identifying new opportunities.
• Promote Health & Safety, utilize Arcadis project management tools, and mentor junior staff to support team success and professional growth.
