Job summary

Arcadis in San Francisco, CA seeks an experienced Certified Project Manager to lead remediation projects with senior-level oversight of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and client satisfaction. This hybrid role emphasizes safety, quality, and financial performance across multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Geology or Engineering and 10+ years' project management, with Arcadis PM certification or progress toward it.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Geology, Engineering or related field.
10 years of relevant project management experience, including team leadership.
Arcadis PM certification or active progression toward certification.
Proficiency with Arcadis PM systems and Microsoft 365.
Willingness to travel ~20% and reside in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, budgets, and delivery strategies.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, financial performance, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with client contracts, subconsultant agreements, and project-specific requirements.
Build strong client relationships by delivering technical solutions and identifying opportunities.
Promote Health & Safety through field visits and leadership on project execution.
