Job summary

ATCO STRUCTURES, a modular construction leader, seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects from inception to completion. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards.

Open to candidates from the Houston, TX, Boise, ID, or Reno/Las Vegas/Elko, NV areas. Responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating resources, conducting site visits, managing budgets, and serving as primary client contact throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of related project management experience.
• PMP certification is a plus.
• 5-10 years of proven PM experience in a related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develops comprehensive project plans outlining project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
• Coordinates resources, both internal and external, to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conducts regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Prepares and manages project budgets, ensuring cost control measures are in place.
• Tracks project expenses and reviews invoices and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Serves as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manages client expectations and resolves any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Fosters a collaborative working environment and promotes teamwork among project stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
• Implements quality assurance processes to deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
• Identifies potential risks and develops mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions.
• Proactively addresses any issues that may impact project timelines or budget.
