Qualifications

• Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in construction and the design of building systems required.
• OSHA certifications required.
• Effective project management skills.
• Technical expertise in mechanical and/or electrical building systems.

Responsibilities

• Develops resource loaded schedules and sequences for conceptual planning through construction.
• Manages project budgets, profitability and cost projections.
• Maintains critical path logic and integrates with Procore and P6.
• Coordinates with clients, contractors and internal teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Mentors junior PMs and supports business development activities.
