Job summary

NV5, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the Americas Mission Critical team. The role focuses on commissioning, project management, facility engineering, construction, and operations for national clients.

The candidate will oversee large, multi-discipline projects with sub-consultants, ensuring adherence to contracts, budgets, and schedules while maintaining strong client communications.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive project management experience or equivalent combination
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Construction Management with 5-11 years' experience
• Knowledge of design or commissioning project requirements and Vision software

Responsibilities

• Develop project work scope, budgets, and schedules
• Maintain budget, schedule, and scope of work
• Prepare monthly/quarterly status reports for client or Market Leader
• Coordinate and track project deliverables per schedule
• Communicate with clients and manage invoices and billing
