Job summary

NV5, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to join the Americas Mission Critical team. The role involves overseeing large, complex projects with multiple disciplines and sub-consultants, ensuring conformance to contracts and delivering high-quality results.

The successful candidate will lead project teams, manage budgets and timelines, communicate with clients, and contribute to revenue forecasting and project governance. Travel to client sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of progressive project management experience, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management with multiple years' PM experience.
• Strong communication, decision making, leadership and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and project teams; travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare contracts and define project scope, budgets and schedules.
• Ensure technical quality and control of project deliverables.
• Monitor budget, schedule and scope; manage client communications and invoicing.
• Forecast revenue, profitability and utilization; conduct monthly financial reviews.
• Lead meetings with clients and internal teams; mentor other PMs as needed.
