Job summary

MEP Resources is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of a data center project in Texas. This 100% on-site role requires a strong general contractor background and proven experience managing large, complex construction from preconstruction through turnover.

You will coordinate with owners, designers, trade partners, and field leadership to maintain schedule, budget, safety, and quality while guiding commissioning, turnover, and final closeout.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial construction experience.
• Strong General Contractor background.
• Experience delivering data center or mission-critical projects.
• Proven ability to lead project teams and coordinate with owners, designers, trade partners, and field leadership.
• Experience managing budgets, change orders, RFIs, schedules, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project execution and overall project delivery.
• Manage project schedule, budget, procurement, contracts, and change management.
• Coordinate closely with Superintendents, MEP teams, subcontractors, design partners, and ownership.
• Identify project risks and drive issues through resolution.
• Lead owner and project meetings.
• Maintain accountability across project teams and trade partners.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Support commissioning, turnover, and final project closeout.
