Argano is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead Microsoft practice implementations including ERP, CE, Data Analytics, and Power Platform. You will drive delivery from kickoff through Go-Live, managing client expectations and coordinating with the project team.

You will oversee full lifecycle projects, mentor staff, and ensure governance, budget control, and risk mitigation. Argano values trusted advisor relationships and operational excellence to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience on enterprise Microsoft deals.
• Proven ability to lead full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage full lifecycle projects of Microsoft deals, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manages customer expectations from project kick-off to Go-Live
• Provides leadership and direction to the client PM and client team.
• Resolves conflicts and issues with the goal of improving and maintaining positive relationships.
• Plans and prioritizes activities and deliverables that support our client’s business goals and solution delivery, in accordance with the Argano Delivery Methodology
• Creates and manages project plans and artifacts.
• Tracks progress against deliverables, adjusts plans as required and provides regular status reporting to senior leadership and customers.
• Proactively manages project budget, dependencies, and risks.
• Leads, motivates, and develops project team members.
• Fosters a strong project leadership team and follows escalation paths when necessary.

Job Description

Role Overview

Argano is looking to hire an experienced Project Manager to lead implementation engagements within the Microsoft practice, including ERP, CE, Data Analytics, Power Platform. In this role you will be building on Argano’s position as a trusted advisor. You will lead the delivery of our solutions and manage client stakeholders’ expectations from project kick-off through Go-Live.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full lifecycle projects of Microsoft deals, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Minimum And/or Preferred Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• MBA or relevant master's degree, advanced degree expected.

Experience

• 5+ years of project management including enterprise.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on enterprise Microsoft deals.
• Demonstrated success in leading full lifecycle projects from initiation to closure.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interactive team management skills
• Polished, professional, and confident presentation and public speaking skills.
• Problem Solver: resolves issues and mitigates risk to avoid project blockers and escalations.
• Experience working with Microsoft, ISVs, and integrations.
• Ability to manage client relationships and communicate w/ C-level executives/sponsors.
• Ability to create appropriate budget vs. actual reporting for presentation to customers and executive management.
• Experience establishing and implementing internal tools and best practices.
• Proactive in managing multiple projects and teams of resources concurrently in a fast-paced technology environment.
• Ability to travel 25% to 50% to client sites.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification a plus
• Scrum Master certification a plus
