Job summary

B&D Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead its most complex, high-value construction projects from initiation through closeout.

The role oversees budget, schedules, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, acting as a business manager for the company and an Area Manager in training. Required knowledge spans Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems with strong field execution and BIM/VDC proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7+ years of project management and/or trade-related experience.
• Demonstrated experience leading multi-discipline MEP projects preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Associate's acceptable.
• OSHA 30 certification required; PMP/CCM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and implement contract language into project management practices.
• Lead large-scale, multi-trade projects with significant budget and schedule complexity.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize resources across the portfolio.
• Serve as senior escalation point for complex project issues and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate customer partnerships and represent B&D as senior project leader.
