HermansonCompany is seeking a Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead project teams across mechanical construction initiatives in Richmond, VA. The role focuses on delivering quality outcomes, managing budgets, schedules, and client relationships while mentoring other project managers.

The Sr. PM will coordinate with foremen, engineers, and subcontractors, drive pre-construction and bid activities, and promote HermansonSafety culture and project profitability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years related project management experience.
• HVAC and/or mechanical construction experience required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct project teams to meet schedule and budget.
• Develop client and subcontractor relationships.
• Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage submittals, change orders, and project closeout.
