Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and implementation of commercial mechanical construction projects.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Manage project documentation including RFIs, proposals, change orders, submittals and project financial
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing commercial HVAC, plumbing and or piping projects
• Familiarity with project management and construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, CMiC or similar
