You will drive cross‑functional collaboration across software, controls, electrical, mechanical, and validation teams, ensuring timely delivery and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field.
• 5-10 years engineering or product development experience with complex systems.
• 5+ years leadership in engineering programs or cross-functional activities.
• Experience defining requirements, system architecture, integration, and launch.
• Cross-functional collaboration with suppliers and external partners.
• Ability to communicate tradeoffs to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development lifecycle for ADAS and autonomous marine systems.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across software, controls, electrical, and mechanical teams.
• Set priorities and allocate resources based on value, safety, and risk.
• Align system requirements, interfaces, architecture, verification, and release readiness.
• Provide leadership to teams developing perception, sensor fusion, and autonomous functions.
• Monitor risks across multiple workstreams and manage design-review processes.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and make-or-buy decisions for programs.
• Contribute to broader strategy and technology roadmaps for marine products.
