Job summary

Foss Maritime Company seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead medium-complexity maritime projects. You will direct planning, staffing, and execution while coordinating with sponsors, staff, subcontractors, and vendors.

The role requires a strong PM track record, ability to manage budgets, and excellent communication. Travel is required as projects demand. This is a full-time on-site position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management or engineering with 5–7 years in marine EPC/related service.
• PMP certification highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Define project plans and success metrics with sponsors.
• Direct liaison among customer, staff, subcontractors and vendors.
• Develop project execution strategy including vessel selection and modification.
• Ensure Health, Safety, Security and Environmental standards for the project.
• Monitor progress, modify schedules and report to management.
• Travel as required and manage project budgets and resources.
