Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent of 10+ years working as project manager.
• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, OneNote, and SharePoint.
• Proven track record of leading projects from inception to completion.
• Detail oriented, organized, self-starter with ability to manage evolving workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and document project scope and deliverables.
• Create and maintain project schedule with key milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure project budgets are set up properly for categories and departments.
• Monitor project finances in accordance with project budget.
• Facilitate delivery of project scope with internal teams.
• Complete weekly project reports highlighting strategy, status, risks, and mitigations.
• Serve as client-facing representative for each assigned project.
