Job summary

Tutor Perini Building Corp is seeking a Project Manager to join our Pocola, OK project. As a Project Manager, you will negotiate contracts, monitor safety, manage cost projections, and coordinate with clients, architects and subcontractors.

You will oversee bid packages, change orders, expense tracking, and schedule management while ensuring compliance with OSHA and project requirements. This role offers exposure to high-profile, multi-million-dollar building projects across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar
• 10+ years of relevant estimating, project management and/or construction experience (or 14+ years without degree)
• Knowledge of lodging and gaming vocabulary and facility program components
• Proficient with MSOffice, Prolog, Sure Trak, Primavera or similar software

Responsibilities

• Negotiate contracts with Client/Owner, maintain relationships and resolve disputes.
• Demonstrate understanding of contract, estimate, changes and action.
• Monitor jobsite safety and address deficiencies.
• Develop cash flow projection with Project Controller.
• Approve Time and Material rates.
• Coordinate with Client/Owner/Architect and Subcontractors.
• Approve final bid packages to subcontractors.
• Review pay applications with owners.
• Prepare and distribute delay notices per contract.",
