Tutor Perini Building Corp seeks a Project Manager to join the Las Vegas, NV area team. You will report to the Senior VP of Operations and oversee contracts, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination with clients, architects, and subcontractors on high-profile projects.

Responsibilities include monitoring safety, cash flow, procurement, and cost reporting while ensuring timely communication and compliance with contract conditions. This role demands leadership and rigorous project oversight.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited institution and 10+ years of relevant estimating, project management and/or construction experience; or 14+ years if degree not met.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience as a Project Manager for building construction projects exceeding $50M in value.
• Knowledge of lodging and gaming vocabulary and facility program components.
• Proficient with MSOffice, Prolog, Sure Trak, Primavera or similar software.

Aufgaben

• Negotiate contracts with Client/Owner, maintain positive relationships and resolve disputes.
• Understand and apply contract terms; estimate, recognize changes and take action.
• Monitor jobsite safety and address deficiencies.
• Develop cash flow projections with Project Controller.
• Approve Time and Material rates; correspondence with Client/Owner/Architect and Subcontractors.
• Review pay applications with owners; prepare delay notices per contract conditions.
• Negotiate sub-contractor changes and protect against claims.
• Track cost reports and update labor/unit projections.
• Monitor schedule, chair meetings and distribute minutes.
• Develop procurement log and ensure adherence to project schedule.
