Job Responsibilities

• Must have experience as a Superintendent or Project Manager working on luxury single-family homes $3M+.
• Understand, plan, and review the construction program including plan layout, equipment and manpower needs, budget, and schedule; ensuring timely project completion.
• Daily review of projects and compliance with plans using detailed record keeping. Maintain detailed and accessible records and follow through on all requests and commitments.
• Maintain an organized, safe, and positive work environment.
• Prepare weekly schedules.
• Schedule inspections.
• Approve work-in-process requests for payment.
• Review subcontracts, periodically rate subcontractors, and provide appropriate feedback to trades.
