Job Overview

De Mattei Construction Inc., a premier builder of custom homes, is seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing construction activities, ensuring timely project delivery, and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities include contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and contract management, acting as the communication bridge between clients, developers, and subcontractors to uphold our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities Include

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs using ProCore.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and on-site staff.
• Manage project budgets and provide detailed cost estimations.
• Maintain regular communication with owners and developers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform inspections to ensure compliance with safety, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify construction challenges and negotiate effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and changes.

Physical Abilities And Site Conditions

• Use hands to finger, handle, or operate objects, tools, or controls.
• Require sitting, standing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and airborne particles.
• Work outdoors on construction sites in all weather conditions.
• Occasionally lift and move up to 75 pounds.
• Willing to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Available for emergency or on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• Experience: 5+ years in high-end residential and custom home building; 3+ years in project management roles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Certifications: OSHA 10, valid driver's license, insurable driving record, ability to pass background check.
• Personal Qualities: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, excellent problem-solving, and communication skills.
