Job Overview

De Mattei Construction Inc., a premier builder of custom homes, is seeking an experienced Luxury Residential Project Manager to join our team. This role involves managing construction activities, ensuring timely delivery, and exceeding client expectations. Responsibilities include contract preparation, on-site coordination, quality control, and contract management. You will serve as the key communication link between clients, developers, and subcontractors, upholding our standards of excellence.

Responsibilities Include

• Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Prepare and monitor RFIs, submittals, change orders, and logs using ProCore.
• Supervise Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and on-site staff.
• Manage project budgets and provide detailed cost estimations.
• Maintain regular communication with owners and developers to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform site inspections to ensure safety, specifications, and quality standards are met.
• Identify construction challenges and negotiate effective solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of project progress and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in high-end residential and custom home building, with at least 3 years in project management.
• Proficiency in ProCore, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, Word, Outlook).
• Certifications: OSHA 10; valid driver’s license; insurable driving record; ability to pass background check.
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
