Job summary

MPI in Charlotte seeks a Project Manager to lead top ENR 200 multifamily development projects from inception to completion. You will drive timelines, coordinate with design and field teams, and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project success.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of GC PM experience, and a track record on education, healthcare, or commercial projects. Bachelor's in CM or related field preferred; relocation considered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience with a general contractor.
• Proven track record managing ground-up education, healthcare, and/or commercial projects.
• Familiarity with project management software is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of construction industry standards, practices, and processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
