Job summary

Soho House & Co. is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Soho Farmhouse New York in the Hudson Valley, slated to open by Q2 2028. You will lead an in-house design and development team, coordinate with consultants and trades, and manage on-site execution from pre-construction to handover.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of NYC-area regulations, and the ability to travel as needed to ensure project milestones, budget, and quality targets are met.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in construction or development management.
• 5+ large-scale Tri-State area projects in redevelopment/hospitality.
• Historic renovation experience.
• Strong knowledge of New York State building codes.
• Experience negotiating multi-trade contracts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage the General Contractor and trade subcontractors on site through pre-construction, construction, commissioning and closeout.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day point of contact for the General Contractor and subcontractors on site.
• Coordinate administrative requirements with subcontractors and vendors, establishing and maintaining working relationships throughout construction.
• Oversee day-to-day site activity in coordination with the Superintendent, ensuring work is on schedule and to spec.
• Monitor jobsite safety compliance across all contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Lead weekly site progress and coordination meetings with GC, trades, and design/consultant team.
• Coordinate material and equipment procurement and delivery timelines to keep installations on schedule.
• Ensure the GC and subcontractors perform in line with contract documents and drawings.
• Develop and maintain the master construction schedule with 4-week look-aheads.
