Job summary

Enclave Remodeling in Newport Beach, CA is seeking a Project Manager to own high-end residential projects from kickoff to closeout. You will manage schedule, budget, quality, and client relationships, reporting to the owner and coordinating with a coordinator and trusted subs.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in luxury residential construction, strong client-facing skills, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional workmanship on time and on budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing high-end residential construction projects.
• Direct work with affluent residential clients and leadership on-site.
• Strong knowledge of residential methods, sequencing, codes, and inspections.
• Budget creation, cost tracking, and change orders proficiency.
• Proven ability to lead subcontractors and coordinate trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-end remodels, additions, and renovations from kickoff to closeout.
• Serve as primary day-to-day client contact with proactive updates.
• Maintain project schedules, coordinate trades, materials, inspections, and milestones.
• Create and manage budgets, track costs, and oversee change orders.
• Coordinate permits and communications with designers, architects, engineers, and city.
