Job summary

Red House Design Build in Providence, RI seeks a Project Developer to guide luxury remodeling projects from concept to construction. You will lead clients through design-build processes, manage budgets and schedules, and collaborate with design, production, and estimating teams to ensure smooth execution.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years in high-end remodeling or luxury sales, with strong pre-construction planning and project-management experience.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years in high-end remodeling or luxury sales
• Strong knowledge of pre-construction planning
• Expertise in design-build project management & construction feasibility
• Strong leadership in budgets, schedules, and project teams
• Ability to read and approve construction estimates

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified leads to assess needs and renovation goals.
• Guide clients through budget expectations, feasibility, and project planning.
• Present and sell high-value, luxury home renovation projects.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, and budgets during pre-construction.
• Collaborate with design, production, and estimating teams for seamless execution.
• Ensure all documentation and approvals are completed before construction.
