Pinemar is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager for high-end residential construction in Philadelphia. You will oversee preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and coordination among clients, architects, designers, and trade partners to deliver exceptional homes.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in custom residential or commercial construction and a degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering.

Competenze

• 10+ years of project management experience in custom residential or commercial construction.
• Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Deep knowledge of high-end homebuilding methods, materials, and processes.
• Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach.

Mansioni

• Lead budgeting and preconstruction activities; review bids and refine costs.
• Manage day-to-day project execution, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Facilitate communication between clients, architects, designers, and trade partners.
• Lead weekly/bi-weekly meetings; track actions and ensure team alignment.
• Maintain RFIs, submittals, change orders, and shop drawings.
• Ensure long-lead materials are ordered on schedule.
• Oversee subcontractor invoices and project financials.
• Coordinate handover with Homeowner's Manual.
