The role oversees turnover through closeout and serves as the main operational contact for customers, subcontractors, and internal teams. The position emphasizes delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management or related leadership experience in low-voltage, electronic security, or related construction.
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, labor and material management skills.
• Experience coordinating multiple projects, field teams, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from turnover through completion and closeout.
• Review contracts, drawings, schedules, and other documents before mobilization.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and forecasts.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and internal departments.
• Communicate project status, risks, and decisions with stakeholders.
• Identify scope changes and document change orders and costs.
