Responsibilities

• Own project delivery including cost, schedule, risk, and client satisfaction.
• Lead multiple complex projects, ensuring safety and contract compliance.
• Direct Project Managers and engineers; coordinate with field teams.
• Mentor and develop project staff through coaching and feedback.
• Align engineering, purchasing, production, safety, QA/QC, and accounting.
